The Bloomberg Commodity Index (BCOM) is a broadly diversified commodity index tracking prices of 23 futures contracts on commodities across six sectors, serving as an indicator for the global commodity market with a focus on minimizing concentration risks. In November 2025, the maximum was 110.41 index points, the minimum — 107.03 index points, the average level — 108.52 index points. The index includes caps on individual commodity and sector weights for diversification, launched in 1998 and designed to reduce investment risks.
